HR Advisor

**Job Introduction**:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially focused HR Advisor. The role provides generalist HR support to our Head Office, Warehouse, Stores, and Transport areas.

**Job Overview**:

- Act as a Company ambassador, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
- Provide generalist support including casework investigations and meetings.
- Offer accurate HR advice to managers.
- Liaise with Trade Union representatives regarding case work.
- Undertake project work and review Company policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage effective internal team relationships.
- Coach managers in implementing and developing good people and performance management practices.
- Deliver training workshops to managers on key HR areas as required.
- Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of HRIS data.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
- Assist colleagues with HR transactional tasks when required.
- Commit to continuous personal development.
- Willingness to travel to other sites to support HR activities.

**Minimum Criteria to Apply**:

- CIPD qualification to level 5
- HR practitioner with minimum 3-5 years’ experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience working with senior managers and leadership teams.
- Ability to utilize HR data for decision making.

**Package**:

- Salary: £32,000 per annum
- Hours: 37.50 hours per week, 09:00 - 17:00 hrs
- Location: Amesbury
- Holidays: 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance, rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service
