Computershare have a very exciting opportunity for a 12-month FTC Change & Community Coordinator to join our global team in Bristol or Edinburgh on a part time basis.

**A role you will love**

Based at either our Bristol or Edinburgh offices, Computershare Technology Services (CTS) is seeking talented a Change & Community Coordinator to join our organisation. You will work collaboratively within our cross-functional teams to plan and implement initiatives to support the successful delivery of local engagement and change initiatives across our technology workforce.

You will support the delivery of great experiences for our employees and customers by:

- Supporting transformational organisational change (i.e. large-scale change)
- Creating and guiding effective communication across our workforce
- Listening to our stakeholders
- Building thriving technology communities

It’s a small, lean team spread across the globe and so you’ll have the opportunity to work across borders and get involved in a variety of activities including drafting communication plans, crafting communications (written and verbal), managing digital and in-person events, designing and building digital and offline collateral (intranets etc.), analysing workforce data, measuring and reporting on the performance of initiatives and project coordination.

Some key responsibilities:

- Analysing workforce data to draw trends & insights.
- Supporting global and functional leaders to articulate and maintain ongoing conversations with our workforce on priorities, purpose, progress and value.

This is a truly collaborative environment, so the passion to establish strong relationships and work closely with colleagues to embrace and share ideas and insights will be paramount.

You will be working with stakeholders across the wider technology teams and business, so communication will be key. You will have the ability to build effective working relationships with people from both a technical and non-technical background.

The role sits within a global team, so having flexibility to work with people from across the world and several different time zones, is key.

Experience; Here’s what we’re looking for:

- Experience working in a similar role working with Change teams, with a focus on organisational and people-related change
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, across a range of mediums
- Change management knowledge.
- Stakeholder engagement and management.
