As the Senior Clinical Educator for Nurse CPD and Advanced Practice, you’ll support the delivery of a best-in-class Nursing curriculum that meets the learning needs of RN’s, HCAs, Nurse Associates, and Pre-registration Nursing Students. You’ll be responsible for Advanced Practice and management of the Nursing CPD Framework, as well as the delivery of other multi-disciplinary programmes that facilitate initial registration e.g., NH’s Preceptorship Programme and Return to Practice.

**You will also**:
Work with the Learning Partners and wider business stakeholders to understand the learning needs of the groups e.g., Nurse Education, Advanced Practice requirements, and clinical skills.
Work in partnership with Learning Foundation colleagues to design and deliver best in class bespoke learning solutions (both in-house and in conjunction with expert third parties) using blended learning approaches such as: e-learning, practical workshops, toolkits, virtual classrooms; f2f approaches.
Lead the management of post-registration Nurse education across the charity, ensuring purpose fulfilment i.e. the charity’s workforce needs are met, and effective programme delivery that facilitates a high-quality / impactful learner experience.
Champion the Learning Foundation’s Standards of Excellence, facilitating quality outcomes across all aspects of the learning cycle.
Lead the delivery of training sessions as required and oversee the delivery of sessions by SME colleagues / external parties to ensure consistency of high-quality standards.

To succeed as our Senior Clinical Educator (Nursing CPD and Advance Practice), you’ll be:
Registered Nurse; active registration with the NMC
Level 3 AET (or equivalent; or willingness to work towards)
Post-registration nursing qualification in area of specialism e.g., PG Cert in Clinical Education
Experience of learning design and delivery
Good knowledge of how to create learning that is accessible and inclusive
Proven skills in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning strategies
Management Skills - planning, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, delegation, and time management
