**The role**:

- Mental Capacity - Our Social Workers are experts in mental capacity. As such, you will be completing mental capacity assessments in peoples homes, care homes and via our integrated telehealth system. Full training in relevant legislation and case law will be given.
- Case Management - As our practice grows, you will be expected to complete case management from assessment through to brokerage and review, you will be the main point of contact for your clients.
- Project Work
- On occasions, new projects are taken on this has in the past included working with schools to create a capacity assessment colouring book, writing articles and blogs. Through supervision, we identify your strengths and promote innovation while empowering you to be a voice for the profession.

**The Person -**
- We are looking for a team member, and while you are working remotely, you never work alone, Team Nellie is in constant communication with each other.
- We are looking for someone self-motivated and able to work independently.
- There is an excessive amount of travel involved a driver is essential (full expenses are paid)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
