With over 40 years of experience, Rapidcare has been providing free prescription deliveries for Stoma Care, Diabetes, Bladder & Bowel Management, and more. We're also proud owners of Whiteroseostomy, specialising in swimwear and underwear for ostomy patients.

**Role Overview**:
As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you'll play a central role in our marketing efforts, tackling a variety of tasks—from creating captivating visuals for our digital platforms to diving into data analysis and content creation. You'll collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager and Commercial Director to spearhead strategic growth initiatives as we continue to expand.

**Key Responsibilities of Junior Marketing Assistant (including but not limited to)**:

- Develop visually captivating content for social media, websites, and e-commerce channels
- Craft engaging creatives for Google PPC and Meta campaigns
- Analyse advertising performance metrics to identify optimisation opportunities
- Collaborate with the team to implement action plans for campaign enhancement
- Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting and leveraging data insights effectively
- Introduce fresh ideas aligned with our brand identity and values
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies
- Manage social media platforms, crafting engaging captions and product descriptions
- Contribute to blog content creation and maintenance
- Familiarity with SEO practices and willingness to learn
- Assist in building and maintaining landing pages and creative assets

**Qualifications**:
Passion for marketing and creativity

Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)

Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creative thinking ability with a knack for generating innovative ideas

Basic understanding of SEO and PPC (preferred but not mandatory)

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

Previous marketing experience or internship

**Requirements**:
Proficient in numeracy, literacy, and IT skills

Capacity to follow directions and meet targets

Attributes: flexibility, motivation, team player mentality

Ability to maintain high delivery standards under pressure

Strong time management and attention to detail

**Position**: Full-time Junior Marketing Assistant

**Hours**: 09:00 - 17:00 with a 30-minute break

**Location**: Crawley, UK

**Pay**: £22,000-£25,000 per year (depending on experience)
