**Daily duties and responsibilities as an admin assistant**:

- Duties will focus on posting and matching of invoices onto their computer system
- Consulting with suppliers and managers over price queries
- Liaise with internal departments when required
- Ad hoc duties within the finance office
- Raise proforma sales invoices when requested
- Take payments over the telephone from customers
- Process credit notes and produce report
- Basic credit control duties
- Liaise closely with commercial, cross functions teams and key stake holders within the company
- Strictly adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and ensure that the working environment is practical for both yourself and others
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Ensure all associated administration duties are carried out in line with company procedures
- Ensure that a professional and courteous approach is adopted at all times

**Whilst working with Driving Talent you will receive**:

- Weekly Pay
- Online Payslips
- Accrued holiday (up to 28 days per year)
