My client is an established organisation based in central Leicester, and operate out of the Midlands and London. My client are able to offer fantastic flexible working for the Finance Assistant with 3 days working from home and promote an excellent work/ life balance.

Description

The Finance Assistant will:

  • Accurately post all Income received
  • Work alongside other finance colleagues to ensure all transactions are fully reconciled and investigated
  • Investigate any unknown receipts
  • Post other transactions and adjustments as instructed
  • Raise ad hoc invoices
  • Monitor debtors ad send statement and reminders
  • Provide cover where needed in the finance team

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience working in a transaction processing role
  • Have experience working to deadlines
  • Have effective interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Be able to prioritise and multi-task effectively

Job Offer

The successful candidate can expect an hourly rate c£12 p/h + 3 days home working + initial 3 month contract + free parking on site
