Financial Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance team with various tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with purchase ledger duties, including processing invoices and managing delivery notes.
- Support the accounting team with financial reporting and month-end tasks.
- Contribute to other areas of finance for development, including balance sheets and journal entries.
- Process invoices and reconcile accounts.
- Manage sales ledger and support the accounting team in daily tasks.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Driven individual with a passion for finance and accounting.
- Couple of years' experience in finance and/or accounting would be ideal.
- Good understanding of accounting and finance principles.
- Strong use of Excel.
- Analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
