**Third Party Resilience Lead**

As a Barclays Third Party Resilience Lead, you will be supporting the Head of Third Party Resilience and driving a Third Party Resilience programme which enables Barclays to be resilient to Third Party failures. For this role, you will also be accountable for delivering and embedding a robust control framework for managing Operational Resilience risks, supporting key leadership and stakeholders with implementing initiatives to enhance and remediate resilience capabilities.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Managing and delivering the workslate and providing input into the annual refresh of the Operational Recovery Planning Policy, Standards and frameworks
- Leading and managing the team on a day-to-day basis and aiding in the execution of Third Party Resilience related testing activities
- Embedding Barclays Operational Recovery Planning Policy across the Group, maintaining a clear view of the Third Parties and their resilience capability
- Being the primary interface into the Third Party Risk & Management horizontal and CSO External Cyber Assurance and Monitoring team
- Overseeing risks, issues, and audit observations to a satisfactory conclusion, producing dispensations, waivers, breaches where non-compliance to minimum standards exists
- Developing the reporting for MI capability and leading on Third Party Resilience input to other key non-owned deliverables
- Acting as an ambassador for Barclays, representing CSO Group Resilience as required at industry forums and during industry-wide exercises

**What we’re looking for**:

- Familiarity with Risk Management, Operational Resilience and/or Business Continuity Management
- Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks and organizational model utilizing “three lines of defence”
- Experience of Project Management, Implementation, or Strategic Planning demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience or education
- Working experience in a relationship management, advisory or consultancy role

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Knowledge and understanding of relevant regulatory bodies and standards (e.g. SS1/21 Operational resilience
- Familiarity with Impact tolerances for important business services, SS2/21 Outsourcing and third party risk, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines
- Expertise in industry better practices (e.g. ISO22301 Business Continuity Management), EU Digital Operational Resilience Act and Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS))
