Physio Assessor - Work from home:
Disability Assessor (Paper Based Assessor) - Nurse, Paramedic, Physio, Pharmacist or Occupational Therapist

**Responsibilities**:
Undertake clinical assessments for customers who are making a claim for the Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
- Take account of all the information presented, including any supporting evidence e.g. the customer’s completed questionnaire and information from GPs or other health professionals.
- Record a detailed history of the customers condition(s) including information gathered on their current medication and treatment, the functional impact of their health condition or impairment and your opinion on the impact this has on their daily living and mobility.
- Provide full justification explaining how you came to these conclusions from the evidence gathered and define the probable timescales over which a health condition or impairment may affect the customer
- Take ownership of any feedback to aid own personal and professional development.
- Maintain and evidence personal Continuous Professional Development (CPD), Online Mandatory Training (OMT) and ensure continuing professional registration.
- Develop own clinical knowledge of the functional impacts of health conditions less familiar to you.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Physiotherapist
- 1+ years post qualification experience
- Valid registration on HCPC

Rewards:

- Starting salary £35,000, rising to £36,000.
