**The Role**

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to assist TopCashback through the next stage of our journey as we expand our global footprint and expand the products offered on sites both in the UK and internationally.

In this new role you will report to in house counsel and to the Compliance Board ( comprising three senior directors and in house counsel), working closely with key stakeholders to design a compliance program building on the current existing program and focussing on key risk areas.

TopCashback operates in multiple jurisdictions so this will be a role with international and cross border responsibilities and may involve an element of travel.

**Key Responsibilities**
- assessing the current risk management approach and devising and implementing a compliance framework including a risk register that captures all the key risk areas faced by the business
- day to day responsibility for managing and implementing US / UK / EU sanctions compliance to include delivery of training ; monitoring effectiveness of and amendments required to policies ; managing the risk register and associated processes and audits
- working with the stakeholders who currently operate within the key risk areas ( eg in house counsel, Finance Director, DPO. Security Risk Manager ) to ensure compliance with GDPR / PECR and FCA obligations in accordance with the AR / IAR regimes and similar obligations in other international jurisdictions

**Requirements**:

- Experience with sanctions compliance ( US / UK / EU / China / Australia) ; experience with data privacy compliance ( GDPR / PECR and similar legislation internationally ), experience with FCA rules as applicable to the AR / IAR regime / ( and similar legislation internationally )
- “horizon scanning” for any new legislation or changes in existing legislation as well as identifying disparate regulators’ interpretations and focus area
- An ability to work with different and varied operational teams to understand the TopCashback business model and the associated risks and compliance obligations applicable
- An ability to communicate complex regulatory and compliance obligations in a manner appropriate and proportionate to TopCashback’s business model
