Receptionist / Administrator
Location: HCA Healthcare - Manchester Central
Salary Range: Up to £21,000 upon skills and experience
Working Pattern: Full Time 37.5 hrs Per Week

We have an exception role for you, in the position of Receptionist / Administrator. As the welcoming face of our medical centre, you will provide a friendly, warm and efficient reception and administrative service whilst consistently delivering high quality customer care standards to both internal and external clients and contributing to an overall exceptional client experience.
Although working as part of a team on sites, this role will involve occasional lone working (short periods).
- To meet and greet patients, visitors, GP’s and staff and assist with their enquiries
- Dealing with face to face, telephone and E-Mail queries with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Liaising with corporate clients and individuals for bespoke medicals
- Issuing clients with the necessary paperwork and explaining forms
- To have a good understanding of the medical system and the relevant Microsoft office programs
- Preparation of system generated letters and invoices
- Support to all administration departments across the business
- Chaperone patients as required
- Open and close clinic if required
- Support and deputise for Clinic Supervisor as and when required
- To work collaboratively with the Registered Manager and Clinical staff to deliver the patient journey
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has;
- Previous knowledge and experience in the hospitality, service or healthcare industry would be advantageous
- Good general level of education to GCSE level or equivalent, 5 GCSEs or more preferred at C grade or above (demonstrated through a competency-based interview) or equivalent
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Computer literate with proven experience of Microsoft Office and experience of information systems
