**The Curious Guys Limited is a national wealth management company based in a splendid Grade 2 listed building in Loughborough. We are seeking an eager beaver to help us with three companies**:

- **The Curious Guys Limited - Wealth Management and Tax Planning business**:

- **Oak Shields Estate Planning Limited - Estate Planning (Wills, Powers of Attorney etc)**:

- **Three Sirens Limited - An Online Department Store**
- **Keep well-organised files and records of business activity.**:

- **Collect, input, update and maintain data using various systems.**:

- **Prepare documents by printing, copying, laminating and binding.**:

- **Arrange meetings and events, to include booking venues, refreshments and catering, and preparation of boardroom.**:

- **Exercise good diary management, to include ensuring company diary is in good order and that management are prepared for their commitments.**:

- **Maintain stationery and supplies via a stock-take system, requesting replenishment as necessary.**:

- **Assist with housekeeping requirements of the premises, noting any cleaning or maintenance issues.**:

- **Undertake customer service apprenticeship standard as guided.**:

- **Assist the Marketing Department with marketing administration.**:

- **Assist with one-off projects.**

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**

**Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard**:

- **Apprentices will be allocated a trainer assessor and training will be planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet the individual needs of the apprentice**:

- **The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off the job activities and training**:

- **On the job and off the job training will be delivered in the workplace**
