The Wealth Harbour is a boutique financial planning and wealth advisory firm. We look after a small number of clients to plan and manage their family wealth. This includes providing regulated financial advice on savings, Pensions & onshore and offshore investment accounts for both individuals and trusts. We work with our clients to build long term intergenerational financial plans that meet their financial aspirations. Our advice also involves careful tax planning in respect of income, capital gains and inheritance taxes.
We work closely with our sister business, The Family Elephant, who are responsible for arranging the legal aspects of family finances, such as writing Wills and Powers of Attorney, managing family trusts and providing consultancy across multiple generations of the family to ensure that the elephant in the room doesn’t go left unsaid.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supporting Chartered Financial Planners and Client Executives
- Conducting routine administrative tasks
- Fielding inbound communications
- Assisting in the financial planning process
- Preparing client facing reports and sales aid documentation
- Managing case work and adviser diaries
- Liaising with external stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of services.
- A recent graduate or school leaver looking for a career in financial services
- Conscientious and eager to learn on the job.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile.
- Committed to pursuing a career for life and ready to take exams required to achieve the necessary qualifications.
- A team player who fits well with our close-knit team.
**Key skills required**:
- Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft operating system and Microsoft Office system of tools such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- Knowledge or experience of Microsoft Sharepoint and other cloud based tools is not essential but welcomed.
- Excellent attention to detail is a must.
**- Minimum required**
- GCSE Maths & English at grade 5 (B) or above
- Previous work experience in any industry/sector
**- Desirable**
- Undergraduate degree at grade 2:2 or above.
- Previous work experience/internships in the financial services sector
**Job Location**:
Cheltenham, UK
**Working arrangements**:
- 35 hours per week.
- Office hours are 9am - 5pm.
- Office based role (some flexibility available upon completion of probationary period).
**Package offered**:
- Starting salary between £18,000 and £24,000 based on qualifications and/or experience
- Holiday - 25 days per year (excluding 8 public bank holidays)
