The pay rate for this Community Psychiatric Nurse job is £25.50 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 4-month contract.

**Shift Pattern**:

- Monday - Friday - 9:00 to 17:00
- Part time can be considered (minimum 3 days)

**Main Duties**:

- Provide Clinical Leadership and will act as Care Programme Coordinator (CPA) in the community with individuals (and their support networks) who have complex mental health problems
- Supervise and support junior practitioners/students within a designated locality.
- Involves the training and education of relevant others and developing a working relationship between the service and its partners and variouswithin Northamptonshire. As a member of the specialist Community Mental Health Team, you will ensure you willdeliver the highest standard of care, through maintaining the quality of own work by developing own skills and knowledge, making changes to practice and contributing to the development of others within the team

**Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse**:

- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health.
- Experience working within a similar role would be highly desirable.
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained).
- Must have Smartcard
- Knowledge of using SystmOne
- Must be a car driver and have own transport
