As a qualified High Intensity CBT Therapist, you will support patients at Step 3, offering digital and face-to-face assessment and treatment sessions, and facilitating group therapy sessions. You will also participate in a duty rota, offering guidance and support to your BTT colleagues. You will also have opportunity to actively participate in different projects and workstreams.

In return, we offer robust supervision from skilled supervisors and managers, with the opportunity to learn to become a case management supervisor yourself. We have an excellent rolling programme of high quality CPD training, delivered by the experts in the field, with close links to both Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre (OCTC) and Oxford Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma (OxCADAT). In addition, we also provide staff with a personal annual CPD budget.

The Trust hosts the Oxford Institute of Clinical Psychology Training and Research and the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre. BTT is actively involved in research, and the service benefits from being a member of the Oxford Academic Health Science Network - Anxiety and Depression Network led by Professor David Clark.

The Bucks Talking Therpaies team follows a hybrid working pattern, with 2 days in a Trust clinic/office and 3 days from home.

We have two main bases, in Aylesbury and High Wycombe, with additional clinic space around the county. Ability and willingness to travel for business purposes is essential.
