Morritt Hotel and Garage Spa are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic and organised Kitchen Porter to join our team.

You will be responsible for cleaning equipment for the use of our kitchen team and making sure that our front of house team have all the equipment they need. This position will include evening and weekend work.

You need lots of energy, and an ability to work at speed and use your own initiative.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Smooth running and cleaning of the kitchen, and that our chefs receive quality cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and health & safety are kept at all times.
- Follow a daily cleaning schedule.
- Washing up equipment for kitchen staff and tableware for front of house.
- Contribute to the efficient running of the kitchen
- Ensuring storage areas, floors and surfaces are clear, easy to use and well organised.
- Practice relevant health & safety procedures.
- Managing stock of cleaning products.
- Ability to work well under pressure.

Thoroughly checking and accepting daily deliveries.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour
