Mortons Manor in Corfe Castle is looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our Two Rosette Restaurant. The hotel is a 16th Century Manor House within the picturesque village of Corfe Castle. The hotel has recently had a fantastic renovation throughout.

We require a Kitchen Porter to join our busy Kitchen Team.

You will become an essential part of our kitchen team & support the daily running of the kitchen.

You will be required to:

- Ensure the highest standard of cleanliness in all kitchen areas which includes pot washing, cleaning of equipment & kitchen utensils.
- Be responsible for cleaning & maintaining the kitchen work areas in line with hygiene, health & safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation
- Support with managing stock deliveries & waste
- Assist with kitchen duties assigned by chefs

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
