Creative Copywriter

**Job Description**:
This online Retailer employ over 600 people across the wider business and they’re heading for some exciting and challenging places.
Currently looking for a Creative Copywriter to write and edit content for a variety of above & below the line campaigns and projects including CRM, TV Commercials, digital, radio and social media.
(A friendly note: This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the studio, NOT fully remote and you must be based in the UK and able to commute to Bradford, West Yorkshire)
Joining the Creative team, you’ll become part of their vision to create a modern, digital retailer with powerful customer brands and exciting products across fashion and home. The role requires a high level of creativity and communication - you will be fundamental in the delivery of our brand marketing strategy across all touchpoints.
What you’ll do:

- Roll out the company brand/brands tone of voice and produce compelling copy that can be used across multiple platforms.
- Deliver creative marketing copy which clearly conveys key messages and is in line with the tone of voice guidelines.
- Manage the creation of compelling copy for a full range of both on & offline assets with SEO in mind.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and develop copy aligned to the marketing brief.
- Champion tone of voice and the implementation of processes and SLAs to ensure alignment across all creative & marketing.

What we’re looking for:

- At least 2-3 years proven commercial experience as a creative copywriter either in-house, as a freelancer or at an agency.
- Demonstrate passion and drive for delivering the best outcome.
- Experience in delivering tone of voice guidelines & workshops.
- Strong ability to adapt copy to align to the brands tone of voice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels & customers.
- Excellent time management skills, the ability to seamlessly move from job to job working across multiple projects at once.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise your workload and multi-task.
- Someone who enjoys working collaboratively with impeccable stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrates resilience under pressure and against deadlines.
- Able to problem-solve and think and react quickly in a dynamic business environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
