**About the role**

The People Administrator (Compliance) will be a key part of the People Service Portfolio, working closely with internal stakeholders to improve performance and processes within the department. You will be working as part of a team to deliver efficient and effective administration support across the People Portfolio at Hft.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Providing People data for KPIs and reports.
- Monitoring and inputting compliance data for approved drivers and DBS checks
- Generating reports, interpreting compliance data and providing information for KPIs.
- Supporting purchase order requests and managing related invoices for the People Team.
- Monitoring and triaging the general communications box
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role and adhere to Hft’s Policies, Procedures and Values

**About you**
- You will have experience of working in an office environment, strong IT knowledge, with the ability to produce reports and presentations with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
- You will already have, or have a commitment to achieve, GCSE Mathematics and English, grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
- You will already have, or have a commitment to achieve a CIPD Level 3 qualification
- You will have the proven ability to use bespoke business processing IT systems
- You will have experience of working with Payroll/HR System, in particular access products such as PXD, and the ability to accurately input, interrogate and interpret data to deadlines
