Our Finance and Resources Director, based in our Head of Office near Musselburgh, is looking for an experienced professional to provide a full range of secretarial duties.

You will need to be able to prioritise a busy workload whilst maintaining an excellent attention to detail and as you will often be party to confidential information, discretion and trustworthiness are paramount. You will work directly to the Finance and Resources Director but will need to be able work without supervision as well as act as part of the wider corporate management administrative team.
This is a part time role, but we are flexible as to the working pattern, and are happy to discuss working pattern with you. For example, this might suit someone looking to work morning only, or to do two full days per week.

Salary is pro rata of 38.50 hours per week (14.00).

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
