**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Provide support to visitors and clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Utilise computerised systems for organizing information
- Maintain an organized and tidy office environment
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Prior experience in general office duties and administrative tasks
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00 per year
