Our client is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant, based on reception
Key Duties
Taking, screening and directing calls to departments and individuals.
Completing general administrative tasks as might be assigned if other administrative staff require assistance.
Organising, and maintaining the reception area in a neat and presentable fashion.
Being smartly and appropriately dressed to greet visitors.
Keeping basic office supplies like pens stocked and accessible to visitors.
Signing in visitors and supplying them visitor's badges.
Using the internal telephone system as needed to call hosts.
Setting up and maintain the tidiness of meeting facilities in the reception area.
Help/arranging for catering for meetings as required.
Greeting visitors to the facility warmly and offering them help immediately.
Providing initial customer support via telephone and announcing and transferring calls to the correct department/person.
Interacting with other departments such as Information Technology (IT) when someone needs more technical assistance.
Maintaining front door and barrier security and reporting any suspicious activity.
Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
Engaging in public relations as the initial face of the company for visitors.
