Are you looking for an autonomous compliance, health, food, environmental safety role? Do you have experience gained in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? If so, it would be worth you reading onThe client; is a fast growing food manufactured organisation.

The role: is the overview of the health, safety, food compliance and environment procedures are implemented, monitored and maintained. Based at the Horley location your duties would include;
- Audits of systems in line with Operational standards, KPIs control and data gathering for reporting purpose
- Complaint / accident handling/ analysis (logging, investigations, response gathering, data analysis for reporting)
- Updating standards, work instructions, manuals, templates, documents, policies in line with procedural or contractual changes
- Managing H&S policies, manuals and compliance, reporting to management, maintaining certifications
- Conduct investigations and ensure that necessary actions are taken and communicated for compliance, in
- Check compliance with the requirements of HACCP, QMS and HSE norms and systems, update all materials
- Plan Quality, HACCP and HSE audits.
- Ensure that employees are fully trained in compliance and associated topics
- Producing and providing reports

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Understanding of food supply chain process is preferable, but not essential
- Experience of internal and external auditing in line with customer standards
- Experience working on regulatory compliance or regulatory affairs projects involving formulas, ingredients, and labelling
- Health & Safety Management Certificate (NEBOSH or Equivalent)
- Qualification in HACCP / food safety qualifications
- Proven relationship building, influencing and communication skills
