Coleg Dosbarth Chwech poblogaidd a gor-danysgrifedig yw Coleg Dewi Sant, sy’n darparu addysg o safon uchel i fyfyrwyr 16-19 mlwydd oed o fewn Caerdydd a Bro Morgannwg. Yn ein harolygiad Estyn yn 2019, cawsom radd ‘rhagorol’ ym maes arolygu un ar gyfer safonau, ac ym maes arolygu pump ar gyfer arweinyddiaeth a rheolaeth.

Fel Uwch Swyddog Iechyd Meddwl ac Anghenion Cymhleth, byddwch yn gweithio â dysgwyr sydd â phroblemau iechyd meddwl, y gallant fod yn ofidus a chanddynt anghenion cymhleth, i’w helpu i gyrraedd eu potensial.

Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn gweithio’n gefnogol â dysgwyr ac yn meddu ar y gallu i reoli sefyllfaoedd lle gall dysgwyr o'r fath fod yn ofidus ac asesu sefyllfaoedd lle mae angen dad-ddwysáu neu weithrediad cyflym a phendant er mwyn sicrhau diogelwch pawb.

Mae sgiliau cyfathrebu a gwrando, a hyder wrth ymdrin â dysgwyr sy’n ofidus yn angenrheidiol. Bydd gan yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus o leiaf 1 flynedd o brofiad o weithio ar reng flaen iechyd meddwl a chymhwyster lefel 3 mewn Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol, Gwaith Ieuenctid neu faes perthynol.

Mae’r rôl dros dro hyd at 30 Mehefin 2023 ar hyn o bryd.

Rydym yn ymroddgar i ddiogelu a hyrwyddo llesiant pobl ifanc ac rydym yn disgwyl i bob aelod o staff rhannu’r ymrwymiad hwn. Mae unrhyw gynnig swydd yn amodol ar wiriad DBS ehangach a dau eirda boddhaol cyn ymuno. Rydym yn gyflogwr Cyfle Cyfartal gyda darpariaeth DPP rhagorol.

Mae’r swydd yn denu cyfradd fesul awr o **£30. **Mae’r swydd yn gofyn am **isafswm o 25 awr yr wythnos hyd at uchafswm o 37 awr yr wythnos. Gellir trafod patrymau gwaith.**
