**DRIVERS LICENCE NEEDED**

**18+ _Must be UK Resident_**
- Are you a team player with excellent communication skills and a passionate commitment to ensuring that vulnerable clients are provided with the best possible care?
- We are looking for the right person to join our friendly clinician-led complex care company providing care to individuals with complex physical and mental health needs in their own homes.

**Principal responsibilities**:

- Covering care packages within the Cardiff area
- Stock checks and delivering PPE
- Assist our Clinical Lead Nurse with field visits to care package
- Participate in on-call duties (part of a planned rota, approx 1 week in 4)
- Provide emergency care cover
- Ensure that there is good communication with our care teams, and with care commissioners and Multi-Disciplinary Teams
- Support our complaints procedure and identify any potential safeguarding issues

**Personal Specification**:

- Be trustworthy and reliable
- Have a flexible attitude towards shifts
- Be conscientious and able to perform tasks that are intrinsic to their role
- Have previous care experience and ideally have gained or be willing to work towards an appropriate qualification
- Be aware of the high standards expected within the delivery of quality care services, and show commitment to delivering these
- To be able to work every other weekend

**Qualifications**
- Good standard of education
- Good literacy and numeric skills is essential
