Key Accountabilities:

- All recruitment and selection processes for hiring managers
- Perform all administrative and organisational tasks related to recruitment marketing - e.g. job adverts, employer image
- Perform All administrative and organisational tasks related to employer branding
- Analyse and report on relevant recruitment and selection statistics on an ongoing basis to aid the recommendation of process and efficiency improvements
- Understand and operate within employment Law legislation and best practice internally and externally. To protect company and employees in aspects of data protection, working time regulations and discrimination. Optimise best practice approaches to successof organisation

Skills & Qualifications
- A high level of organisational skills to multitask various recruitment processes concurrently
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques, processes, and procedures
- Understanding of MS Office and any Recruitment ATS system (Applicant Tracking System)
- Knowledge of employment law (CIPD Level 3 or equivalent preferred) and/or exposure to work experience within an HR function
- Strong communication skills. A customer centric and collaborative mindset is essential
