**Job Purpose**:
As a Customer Service Advisor at FunBikes, you will be an integral part of our customer support team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. We are looking for someone who is not only dedicated to providing excellent customer service but is also passionate about our products.

**Job Duties Include**:

- **Order processing**: Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues related to order fulfilment. Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve customer complaints or technical issues related to our products. Offer troubleshooting advice, arrange repairs or replacements when necessary, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Product knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including dirt bikes, pit bikes, quad bikes, e-scooters, and petrol scooters. Stay up to date with new product releases, features, and industry trends.
- **Complaint resolution**: Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively, demonstrating empathy and understanding. Work closely with other departments to investigate and resolve issues promptly.
- **Returns and exchanges**: Process customer returns and exchanges following company policies and procedures. Provide assistance and guidance to customers throughout the return process.
- **Maintain customer records**: Accurately record customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in our CRM system. Use this data to identify trends, suggest improvements, and contribute to the enhancement of our customer service processes.
- **Sales support**: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs and preferences.
- **Internal Communication**:Effectively communicate with the other departments in the business to ensure a seamless customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Passionate about dirt bikes, pit bikes, quad bikes, e-scooters, and petrol scooters.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with different departments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
