Montpeliers is looking for a motivated individual to join their innovative and progressive company. In this role you will support the Marketing team across a full range of marketing activities including sales campaigns, copywriting, social media, content creation, website content, PR and media partnerships, events, brand activity and print production.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Ø Responsible for planning and implementing the company’s sales and marketing activities.

Ø Manage all creative work including design and print production as well as writing copy for all marketing campaigns.

Ø Assist with the implementation of all brand marketing activity and assist the digital manager with all brand-led influencer events. Attend events where necessary.

Ø Work with relevant managers and venues to develop promotional campaigns using print advertising, radio advertising, outdoor advertising, direct marketing etc.

Ø Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - Local and regional, specialist publication and radio, depending on the campaign.

Ø Researching and monitoring market trends to identify potential areas of opportunity and present new ideas to keep Montpeliers at the fore front of the industry.

Ø Brief all managers re delivery of new print materials and ensure that the promotion / activity is managed as briefed.

Ø Manage the company loyalty app and the reward process along with the Operations Team

Ø Develop SEO and PPC campaigns.

Ø Measure and report upon the success of all sales promotions on a weekly basis.

Ø Ensure management and development of all seven websites.

**PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND COMPETENCIES**
- A team player, yet able to work independently and who works well under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Proven success in campaign planning and execution
- Is flexible, goal directed and approaches all tasks with enthusiasm and integrity.
- Demonstrates strong organisational skills and attention to detail as well as an excellent understanding of the hospitality industry.
- Proven communication expertise, including written and verbal.
- Proven ability to achieve financial goals through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Conceptual thinker and ability to articulate vision with awareness of current / upcoming sales trends.
- Understanding of Google Analytics, InDesign, and other Adobe programs desirable
- University Degree, Marketing preferred.
