**Position Summary**:
The Master data Assistant III is assisting in maintaining data integrity within the Oracle ERP system and associated support systems to ensure the continuous supply of materials into the factory and their effective management throughout the material storage and product realization processes. This is a varied role that interfaces with several functional areas of a high-volume manufacturing organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure material static data (lead time, price, MOQ, incoterms, ordering method, taric codes, COO, planning strategy, etc) is entered / kept up-to-date in the Oracle ERP in a timely manner.
- Run reporting on Oracle ERP (e.g. ECOs and supply chain).
- Support Engineering Change process by updating Oracle ERP with revision information, checking relevant ECO information and coordinating on completion of stakeholder activity within functional departments (e.g. sourcing, materials, finance).
- Ensure supplier contact and quality certification information is correct/complete in Oracle ERP.
- Updating Supplier Quotations (contract prices, open POs, open releases on POs) in Oracle ERP.
- Interfacing (review and ring fence affected parts) with Sourcing / Materials teams when BOM errors are reported by (Manufacturing) Engineering;
- Execute on actions provided by Sourcing on perceptive invoice holds (related to Sourcing)
- Other duties as required by line manager.
- Detail Orientated.
- Able to follow defined processes and make suggestions to process improvements where needed,
- Able to balance/organise own workload and priorities.
- Effective communicator.
- Able to organise and present data logically and interpret it to enable good decisions.
- Experience of working within an Oracle ERP environment.
- Experience of working in a manufacturing or engineering business.
- Experience of working in cross-functional teams
- Experience with Microsoft packages, a strong skillset in Excel is advantageous.
- Familiarity with engineering material descriptions and commonly used terms. #LI-HW2
