My client is a stunning, quintessentially British beauty and homeware brand. The company has grown into a lifestyle brand that supply all major premium retailers, winning countless awards for their expertise in producing beautifully crafted and scented productsand gifting collections for bath, body, wellness and lifestyle, peppered with British wit and charm.

Due to continued growth and success, the opportunity to recruit an eCommerce Manager has arisen to drive the Amazon business with a clear plan to implement and execute on the Amazon platforms to maximise return on investment to generate increased sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Look after the day to day and long term planning of our direct account using Vendor Central including order processing, shipments, chargebacks, dispatching through to invoicing.
- Negotiating and agreeing JBP’s, promotional calendars, launching NPD, marketing etc on Amazon.
- Work closely with our marketing, NPD, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure that the product lifecycle is efficiently managed from start to finish.
- Ensure new and existing products (in excess of 300+ SKUs) are listed and optimised as effectively as possible, utilising functions such as keyword tools, the creation of A+ pages, cross links etc.to ensure maximum visibility.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports analysing sales, trends, promotional activity etc and reporting finding to stakeholders.
- Manage the business’ various ecommerce websites on shopify including site optimisation, content uploading, best in class plug ins etc.

**Experience & Skills Required**
- This pivotal role requires "proven" strategic and online expertise in both E-commerce and Amazon vendor experience.
- At least 2 years proven successful experience working with Amazon and Shopify
- Full working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and shopify
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written with ability to engage and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in sales forecasting, with a good understanding of logistics and operational processes
- Proficient knowledge of relevant sales & marketing techniques
