Our Home Manager firmly believes in giving you full autonomy and support to allow you to blossom in your role. You’ll be part of a close-knit care team, who are on a journey of creating excellence in nursing and residential care.

Care Assistant Contract
- £11.00
- 22 hours pw
- Company pension
- 5.6 weeks annual leave

For our Care Assistants to provide a high standard of care to our residents, we expect the following skills / experience / interests:

- SVQ Level 2 (Health & Social Care) OR/
- At least 6 months experience working as a Care Assistant OR/
- Interested in working with the elderly, should you not have previous experience in this field
