Main responsibilities will include:- Booking all students (apprentice/non apprentices) onto Tolley courses, ordering study material and invoicing- Tolley Academy setup and bookings- Creating and agreeing study plans and pricing schedules- Creating and sending monthly reports to clients/contractors- Onboarding apprentices, including reviewing and processing of required paperwork and setup on various systems- Working with online learning management systems to upload study material for student courses- Tracking orders, arranging collections- Liaising with our team in Bangalore, India- Perform any other duties as assigned

- Excellent and demonstrable organisational skills- Strong command of English, both written and verbal- Good attention to detail- Ability to prioritise and manage their own time- IT literate (MS Office, Word, Excel,) with typing skills- Ability to work under pressure of workloads and deadlines- Self motivated and able to work on own initiative- Customer focused
