**The Role**:
Genius Sports is looking to build a world leading training programme for its teams - and need your help to make it a reality. We are looking for someone to come and get hands-on with a number of training projects and drive them to success. This opportunity would suit someone recently qualified in training and development principles, such as the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate - and is willing to learn and grow in this role.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Operate as an initial point of contact for learning and development, maintaining excellent communication with key stakeholders
- Notifying employees and their line managers of forthcoming training and organising in a timely and coordinated manner with a focus on Compliance related learning
- Work closely with key stakeholders to develop operational learning and development content
- Developing and maintaining accurate records for all learning and development activities including recording and monitoring attendance with a particular focus on compliance related activities
- Responsible for scheduling learning and development initiatives and assessments in Workday Learning
- Preparing reports about learning and development initiatives and their outcomes
- Producing reports using Workday Learning and other third party systems
- Managing and setting up training events
- Supporting on wider L&D projects when required.***

**Required Skill and Experience**:

- Ability to successfully manage a number tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of training design principles for both online and in-person material
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a confidence to share insights and the best way forward
- Knowledge of the Microsoft suite of tools, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge and understanding of Workday Learning
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously, managing own workload as well as working collaboratively as part of a wider team
