Job Introduction
We are looking for a strong people administration to support an allocated number of homes to ensure high levels of compliance, customer service and administration.

Your Role at Signature
Administration of data in D365 HR to include starters, leavers and changes.

Liaison with home and wider HR team as required in relation to missing or incorrect data..

Investigation of any issues in relation to data raised by Homes.

Carrying out checks on data in D365 HR and SoftWorks to ensure correct functioning of systems and processes

Signature People
We are looking for someone who passionate about the industry and will ideally have experince in HR and compliance adminstration.

Exposure to hospitality, leisure, healthcare, or a comparable service led sector is crucial as Signature continue to expand their portfolio and open further care operations.

You will need to be forward thinking and adaptable, with a high level of attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
