HRis Lead HR Manger

Whytematter are currently recruiting for our client. Our Client is looking for an HRIS Lead to join your team. They are looking for someone to embed and embrace the continued development and maintenance of its integrated HR/Payroll software, I-Trent.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- HR System Maintenance: To schedule all housekeeping tasks and processes in order to maintain the HR/Payroll system and ensure it is running at optimum performance levels.
- To ensure that any new modules are built, tested and implemented, within scoped parameters and in line with Organisational security profiles and GDPR legislation.
- The post holder will also schedule and test all software upgrades and arrange periodic database copies to the test and development versions of the system.
- Relationship Manager: To be the first point of contact with the supplier; managing the relationship between supplier and vendor, including the booking of consultants, where required, and the raising and escalation of any cases for supplier action, monitoring the progress of these to completion.
- HR Reporting: To produce meaningful Management Information for the Senior Leadership Team, the Board and the HR Department both on an ad hoc and scheduled basis to enable strategic and management decisions and feed into any Business case preparation.
- To design presentation material suitable for delivery at stakeholder meetings and where required, present this information coupled with any recommended courses of action.
- To be the escalation point for complex HRIS related queries and issues to all stakeholders across the organisation.
- Process Review: To continually review the processes implemented to ensure they are fit for purpose and provide recommendations and solutions to ongoing or potential issues in order to deliver efficient and effective ways of working.
- To work closely with the OD Manager to communicate system changes and manage these appropriately with each user group.
- Training: To provide ongoing training for user groups in the form of face to face training and the development and maintenance of a suite of eLearning courses for the Organisations LMS on the post holders area of expertise.
- Security & Compliance: To ensure that all agreed security and access audits are carried out on the HRIS system to meet relevant standards and to ensure any new processes designed and implemented have had privacy impact assessments to meet GDPR and other legislative requirements.
**Essential criteria**:
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the Administration
and maintenance of a HRIS system
- Experience of training stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience of extracting and creating HR reports for management from a HR system.
- Experience in managing system upgrades and appropriate testing
- Experience with high volume complex data within spreadsheets
and advanced use of excel
- Experience in the implementation and administration/maintenance of I Trent HR System.
- CIPD Qualification / Degree Qualified
**Salary - **£29,027 - 38,662 per annun **Salary based on 37.5 hours per week**
