**Job overview**:
Senior Assistant Technical Officer based at either Bellingham House, Bodmin or Camborne Redruth Community Hospital.
Responsible for the co-ordination of audits for the safe storage of medication across CFT and for the provision of FP10 prescription pads to the county depending upon working base.
To provide cover for the SATO responsible for Clozapine medication when needed and providing cover for leave.
To provide admin cover to the pharmacy team.

**Main duties of the job**:
You will be responsible for the co-ordination of audits of safe storage of medication across CFT and also for the provision and auditing of FP10 prescription pads and for auditing prescribing trends using the NHSBSA ePACT2 database.
You will be required to provide cover to the Clozapine service by providing cover to the SATO for Clozapine.
You will provide the admin support to pharmacy team and to deputise for the Personal Assistant for the pharmacy team
You will participate in duties to support and develop medicines optimisation for CFT.
Good verbal and written communication skills, computer skills, accurate record keeping, team working and the ability to work effectively without direct supervision are necessary.
You must have an NVQ level 2 in Pharmacy Services
This post is based in one of the pharmacy offices, either Bellingham House, Bodmin hospital or Camborne Redruth Community Hospital but will involve travelling to other CFT sites across Cornwall so driving license is essential.
