We are looking to recruit a Tenancy Officer.

Resident Services work closely with our customers, providing housing services, housing management and first-class customer care.
As a Tenancy Officer you will be working within the Commercial function to provide our residents with a personal point of contact for all queries.
**Responsibilities**
- Responding and managing to tenancy breaches.
- Lead on managing reported cases of hoarding and safeguarding.
- Ensure thorough understanding of the rights and obligations of all types of tenancies.
- Leading tenancy fraud initiatives.
- Co-ordinating with Local Authorities to highlight high risk properties.
- Working with the Tenancy Advisor team, to enforce the terms and conditions of tenancy.
- Initiate legal proceedings and attend court hearings for tenancy fraud cases.
**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience working in tenancy management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain a rapport with tenants and colleagues
- Must be comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines
- Driving license and access to your own vehicle (preferred)
- DBS Check Required
