**Job Opportunity: Risk and Compliance Team Executive**
**Location**: Outskirts of Sheffield
**Salary Range**: £25,000 - £28,000

At CRA Consulting, we specialize in bridging top-tier legal talents with reputable law firms. Currently, we’re in search of a committed Legal Compliance Executive for a renowned law firm located on the outskirts of Sheffield.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all firm operations and business dealings adhere to relevant legal rules and internal guidelines.
- Research & Analysis: Analyze new and existing legislation for relevance and applicability, ensuring firm-wide adherence.
- Policy Formation: Formulate, modify, and enforce internal policies in line with local, national, and international legal standards.
- Training & Development: Lead compliance training sessions for staff, ensuring a consistent understanding of regulations.
- Risk Oversight: Detect, assess, and monitor potential risks, ensuring alignment with the firm’s compliance standards.
- Report Generation**: Compile detailed compliance reports for senior leadership.
- Audit Coordination**: Partner with both internal and external audit teams, ensuring transparency and accessibility of required documentation.
- Advisory Role**: Serve as a primary point of contact for departmental heads and senior management on compliance queries.
- Process Enhancement: Continuously review and propose improvements to the firm’s compliance procedures.
- Stay Informed: Engage in ongoing legal education, attending seminars and workshops to stay abreast of compliance trends.
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- In-depth knowledge of legal regulations and industry standards.
- Sharp analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and specialized legal software.
