We are seeking to recruit for the position of Player Relations Host at our Aspers Westfield Stratford City site.

This position reports to the Head of Player Relations. Player Relations hosts are visible leaders throughout the property, they are accountable for on-going maintenance of customers in the top tiers of the Aspers Loyalty program as well as developing lower tiers customers to the higher tiers. Inclusive in this position is the responsibility to support the head of Player Relations with development and promotions of Aspers brand with key strategies, programs, and initiatives.

Player Relations hosts are accountable with high level of customers’ compliance status, helping customers to go through compliance confirmed smoothly. Player Relations hosts are responsible to provide high standards service and a safe and enjoyable environment at our venue.

The Player Relations hosts is responsible for (but not limited to)
- Working closely with the Head of Player Relations - keeping them informed and always supported.
- Deliver KPI targets within the time frame.
- Sustain and grow financial contributions from top tier and key players within the loyalty scheme.
- Ensure HVC guests receive enhanced level of service throughout the casino and across all departments.
- Explore and understand the top tiers guests’ needs and maintain and develop relationships to become a first port of call service for their gaming/non-gaming visit.
- Manually identify potential key players through observation and consultation with floor management and staff and develop a relationship with potential key players.
- Responsible for attention to details and consistency of service, capturing top tier customer information with accuracy and creating an environment of confidentiality whilst effectively communicating this information with the PRM team.
- Build customer networks and relationships within identified cultures and to remain aware of up-and-coming cultural celebrations or any other marketing events/promotions.
- Be aware of reports and analysis on top tier loyalty activities; initiatives and outcomes where required.
- Demonstrate understanding of Safer Gambling (SG) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, and provide a safe environment for our guests, to minimize any potential gambling related harm.
- Be able to articulate and/or define the signs of gambling-related harms.
- Actively processes, maintain and update all responsible gambling information (interactions and information gained) KYC and EDD sourced information.

- Foreign language, such as Vietnamese
- Knowledge of the standard UK regulatory environment related to operations of a gambling and entertainment facility.
- Knowledge of compliance such as KYC and EDD related.
