Resident Host up to £15,600 - 3 day week

Stratford, East London

We are looking for a resident host/concierge to work **3 days a week** including weekends, 8 hrs per day with an hour for lunch, working a combination of shifts, 7am to 4pm, 10am-7pm and 2-11pm.

Working for a market leading and rapidly expanding premium company operating in the booming build to rent property space in Stratford, East London. You will be the first point of contact for residents, walk in enquiries and play a pivotal role in liaising with multiple departments including the sales team, the customer relations team, maintenance, and accounts so being organised and taking huge pride in ensuring the hundreds of tenants in your building receive brilliant service is key.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assist residents with all queries about premises facilities as well as upcoming events by keeping up to date on the community and local area.
- Ensure clear communication between Concierge and all the internal teams to ensure a smooth running of premises operations.
- Maintain and update amenity reservations e.g., VIP events / arrangements / special requests.
- Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, colleagues, couriers, and contractors.
- Support residents move-in / move-outs working closely with the Relationship Management team.
- Coordinate daily shift handovers, and communications all relevant issues.
- Provide recommendations to residents about the local area and attractions.

In addition to a competitive basic salary of up to 26K, 9pro rata for 3 days is up to £15.600) there are 33 days holiday per year (pro rata 19.8 days), monthly company socials and free lunches, multiple retail discounts and excellent opportunities to develop your career.
