- Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) a global developer and operator, is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic Centre Management department. as the Head of Security. This role presents an exciting opportunity to take on a crucial responsibility for the Security Strategy for the UK.

What you will be doing- Develop and deliver the security strategy for URW UK in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure all internal and external considerations are met.-
- Achieve the company’s health and safety and environmental objectives as set out in the policy statement.-
- Ensure all UK statutory obligations and best practises are implemented for centres and UK Head Office.Oversight of the applicable managing agents for Croydon and Coppermaker Square in relation to Security and compliance of their obligations as set our in the Property Management Agreements (PMA).What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?- Senior level experience of security management- Thorough understanding of security management obligations (including statutory obligations), requirements and dynamics- Genuine desire to provide security services with a high degree of personal responsibility- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.- Ability in security management and control- Leadership with ability to manage and motivate a team- Project management skills- Ability to work under pressure
