Job Title: Head of Cyber Security

H&R Talent is seeking an experienced and passionate candidate to be their Head of Cloud and Cyber Security. This role will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of modular cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems
  • Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices
  • Ensure efficient functioning of data storage and process functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues to promote global deployment of their Cloud systems
  • Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements
  • Interact with clients, provide cloud support, and make recommendations based on client needs
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role
  • Azure, AWS, Ali-Cloud, and GCP certifications preferred
  • Client management skills to discuss systems as needed
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Cloud Expert
Person Specification:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience of working in a similar role within the Automotive industry desired but not essential
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to convey financial metrics to non-financial persons
Key Behaviours:
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and to deliver exemplary levels of customer service
  • Reliable, flexible, diplomatic but firm where required
