**Job Title: **Performance / Area Manager (Apprenticeships)
**Location**: Home / Field based - Must be flexible with travel across Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset

**Type: **Full Time, Permanent
**The Role**:

- Lead, manage and motivate a team of Assessor's, to achieve: sustained high performance, quality of delivery and business growth in line with our client's standards and strategy across Health and Social Care; Clinical Care and Early Years provisions.
- Ensure all delivery staff have a clear understanding of their measurable Targets / KPI’s, and effectively performance manage them to achieve these targets.
- Maintain relationships with key clients; ensuring our client's brand is maximised at all times.
- Develop and nurture your team, carry out regular performance reviews and ensure team targets are met and/or exceeded.
- Carry out regular observations of activity, coaching and ongoing support to include one to ones and reviews.
- Address under-performance and set out clear corrective actions for improvement.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience of managing and motivating a team of Assessors within the work based learning sector.
- Possess strong performance management and motivational skills.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Experience of working towards and achieving targets.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Full clean driving licence and use of own vehicle
- Must be flexible with travel.
