**What do we look for in a BOH team member (apart from a love of burgers)?**
- A passion for all things burgers, fries, milkshakes and a love of cooking & constructing mouth watering dishes
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Pride in achieving the highest levels of cleanliness and health & safety throughout the kitchen and adhering to our company's legal standards.
- Ability to work under pressure, at pace and multi task where necessary
- Willing to cross train and multi skill throughout the kitchen
- Finally, the ability to have fun at work and not take life too seriously - We're too casual for that
