**MB Medical Solutions** is looking for an Office Assistant to join our team. We're growing fast and need someone to support keeping things working smoothly. We are looking for full time support but are happy to hear from those with part-time or flexible working needs.

**Main Duties**
- Mange the office and training venue ensuring they are not double booked, liaising with our landlord over their events utilising the space, and that the spaces are suitably prepared for use
- Organise and maintain filing systems - physical and digital
- Manage IT assets and software solutions
- Identify and implement digital solutions to improve administrative business efficiencies
- Assist in the management of the HR system, including uploading and modifying shifts for the Operations Managers
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Director and Operations Managers for event planning, delivery, and governance
- Manage our social media accounts, in conjunction with external support and/or internal positions as directed

**Skills & Qualifications**
- As a minimum 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C
- Experience of working in an administrative function for at least 1 year
- Excellent use of English, with great written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
- Magnificent time management skills and ability to work on multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel (yes), and PowerPoint

We'd love it if you also have
- Experience of working in a customer service role for at least 1 year
- Basic understanding of accounting processes and procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
