**1**st**/2**nd** line support engineer / Deployment Engineer - 9-month contract - Warrington (WA3 7PU) - Hybrid - Inside IR35**

This 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer / Deployment Engineer will involve BAU and Project base work. Most of the projects currently include building and configuring Windows 10 and Office 365 and supporting users both remotely and on-site.

**1**st**/2**nd** line support engineer / Deployment Engineer requirements**:

- Solid background in PC builds and/or deployment projects.
- Windows 10 - Administration and Support
- Office 365 - Administration and Support
- Active directory & Group policy experience
- Previous experience in a 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer role
- Previous experience working with call logging package such as Remedy/Service Now
- Floorwalking experience, and remote support essential
- Asset management skills
- Assisting the users with an IT questions or queries
- Good communication / Teamwork skills
- Inside IR35

Please note this 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer / Deployment Engineer role is Inside IR35 and it will require the engineer to be onsite when required to build hardware.
