Job Title**:Customer Service Advisor**

Duration of Assignment: Ongoing temporary contract with Permanent and Progression opportunities available

**Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour & potential Annual Bonus**

**Shifts and Hours of Work**:
**Full Time - 35-hour week**

**Monday - Friday between 7am - 8pm**
**1 Saturday per month 9am-2pm**

**Hybrid options available after 3 months**
**(Working from home 3 days per week and 2 days in the office)**

We have an amazing opportunity for you. We are looking for a hardworking, motivated, and most importantly a caring person to join our contact centre team to support our customers.
- There's no need for any previous financial services experience - we'll provide all the training required across a comprehensive 6-week training programme.

Division within **LBG Business Banking - Business Support**
- Inbound call centre role
- Responsible for dealing with a variety of calls (cancelled DD's, request for statements, internet banking queries) and seeing these through to resolution
- There are teams who they can pass the resolutions too if they are unable to resolve the query, i.e., Fraud Team
- Work closely with the business managers who they can transfer the call too (this could be a warm handover which provides the Business Manager with all the info, or a cold handover where the Business Manager will just pick up the call.
- After some time in the role will be trained up to complete/deal with mandate calls.

Perfect position for those looking to kick-start their financial services career having just finished Education or further enrich their pre-existing Customer Service career.
Telephone Experience & Customer Service Experience.
Good communication - oral and written.
