Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program for residents, focusing on their social, emotional, and physical well-being.
- Plan and coordinate a variety of engaging activities, events, and outings that cater to the interests and abilities of the residents.
- Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and preferences, and tailor activities accordingly.
- Provide counseling and support to residents on aging issues, including assistance with activities of daily living.
- Manage the activity schedule, ensuring a balance of group and individual activities throughout the week.
- Collaborate with other staff members to integrate activities into the overall care plan for each resident.
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with seniors in an activities role.
- Knowledge of aging issues and ability to provide support to residents.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
