Sentinel are currently recruiting for 5 Graduate Recruitment Consultants to start in our **brand new London Bridge office **in September We work with well-known brands such as **Apple, PlayStation, DeBeers**, **Deloitte** and **Deliveroo**. We offer the opportunity to earn **30% commission** on **every deal** you make **without a threshold from day 1.**

We offer **full training** throughout your career starting with our initial **6 month training programme**. **Our current CEO started as a trainee** demonstrating the opportunity for progression and long term careeer growth. We also offer a **clear progression structure **which means that your hard work directly correlates to your career development and earning potential.

Important to note, recruitment is a **sales job **so you will need to have a strong motivations to work in **business to business sales**. Your success in the role will be deterimined by your ability to persuade hiring managers that they should use you as an external provider of technology talent.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing new and existing business relationships through B2B sales
- Generating leads and market information
- Using social media and job boards to identify top talent
- Working both in a team and independently
- Working to targets

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
